Shipping Policy

 

We generally process orders within one business day from when the order was placed. Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select. 

 

Durations below are estimates. Potential delays may occur due to holiday schedules. 

 

With our HQ based in Hong Kong, WAMS offers both domestic and international shipping. Customers are responsible for any importation costs or duties, if applicable. Please visit your local customs website for further information.

 

Domestic Order

  • 1-3  business days for delivery within districts of Hong Kong

  • For orders under HKD $1000, a shipping charge of HKD 30 will be applied. Free shipping for orders over HKD 1000.

International Order

  • 7-10 business days for international delivery

  • For orders under HKD 2500, a shipping charge of HKD 200 will be applied. Free shipping for orders over HKD 2500.

Returns Policy

 

At WAMS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Items without original packaging and/or purchased over 14 days of purchase are NOT acceptable.

 

If you need to return an item, please contact our team via encounter@wamsbeauty.com with your order number and product details clearly stated. We will respond quickly with instructions for return and refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the product(s).

If the item to be returned was not sold by WAMS, you will need to contact the seller where you purchased the product(s) for the return. Please note, a valid receipt from WAMS is required for all returns.

 

 

Item Availability

 

Inventory is only reserved for your order after you complete the ordering process and receive an email confirmation. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory of that item for you.

Items remarked as “out of stock”: This indicates that the item is currently out of stock and is not available for any purchase. Please check our website regularly for restock arrangements.
